About the Class
Rate: £50 per hour for up to 2 people. If you have 3 or more people, please ask for a quote.
Class Design
Dishes: You’ll learn to cook 3-4 dishes in a 3-hour session. If you prefer different hours, please let me know.
Cuisine Options: You’ll learn healthy Asian, Mediterranean and beyond dishes perfect for everyday cooking. Please specify if you prefer a specific Asian or Mediterranean cuisine.
Techniques: Through these dishes, you’ll learn different techniques that you can apply to other ingredients, such as steaming, hot oil scalding, stewing, baking, braising, stir-frying, making soups, and creating wholesome salads that you crave.
Sophie’s Tips: Learn Sophie’s secret tips to make homemade healthy cooking irresistibly delicious.
Locations: Classes take place at your home or your venue in London and the surrounding area, or via Zoom.
Special Event Class: I’ll teach cooking at your party as well, such as birthdays, anniversaries, hen-dos, etc.
Ingredients: I’ll send you the ingredient list with quantities, and you can shop online or in-store. Should you need me to bring ingredients, additional charges will be added.
Recipes: I will send you beautifully presented recipes, so you can look them up for your future home cooking!
